24 Healthy Habits for 2024

A new year is the perfect time to start incorporating daily healthy habits to enhance your health and upgrade your life. You can improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health by being aware of what all of your senses are taking in daily. It’s the small, subtle shifts that can make a big difference to your health. We’ve compiled 24 small habits to bring into 2024 to make this your healthiest year yet.

  1. Watch the sunrise
  2. Watch the sunset
  3. Ground with your bare feet
  4. Hug a tree or simply be present in a forest
  5. Listen to the birds sing
  6. Take a bath in Epsom salts
  7. Try to sweat daily with movement or sauna
  8. Go for a walk without headphones
  9. Move your body daily
  10. Dance to your favorite song while doing chores
  11. Sing in the shower
  12. Try to meditate first thing in the morning even just for five minutes
  13. Write what you are grateful for each day
  14. Listen to healing HZ music such as 432 or 528 HZ
  15. Write a mantra on your water container or using a sticker to become what you desire
  16. Create a vision board and look at it daily
  17. Feel the feeling that it’s already occurred
  18. Use essential oils in a diffuser to bring in healthy, calming or upbeat smells to your home
  19. Speak to yourself in only positive words
  20. Try taking deep belly breaths or breathwork
  21. Try to release old emotions through journal work, in meditation, or in water
  22. Believe that your body is always communicating and healing
  23. Send awareness to all parts of your body
