What Sets My Approach Apart?
I’ve developed “The Elements of Healing,” a comprehensive framework that addresses twelve essential layers of wellness. Through my own healing journey, I discovered that true healing emerges when we address all layers of both our internal and external world, creating harmony, connection, and balance with mind, body, spirit, love, and nature.
The Twelve Layers of Healing include:
- Connecting with Your Body – Rebuilding trust with your body’s wisdom
- Healthy Food and Water – Nourishing body and spirit mindfully
- Clean Your House – Creating environments that support healing
- Your Words and Thoughts Matter – Transforming limiting beliefs
- Getting Organized – Building supportive systems for wellbeing
- Keep the Body’s Pathways Clear and Moving – Supporting natural flow
- Healthy Morning and Evening Routine – Aligning with natural rhythms
- Safety, Trust, and Letting Go – Creating foundation for deep healing
- Choose Yourself and Take Courageous Steps – Embracing empowered action
- Find Your Purpose and Follow Your Passion – Connecting with deeper meaning
- Self-Love and Filling Your Cup – Nurturing sustainable wellbeing
- The Elements are Healing – Harnessing nature’s wisdom
This system emerged from:
- Ten years of intensive research and personal experience
- Integration of both conventional and alternative healing modalities
- Deep understanding of the mind-body-environment connection
- Recognition that lasting health requires addressing root causes, not just symptoms
- Healing is in the daily habits and patterns, in the senses, and in the elements; it’s in how you go about your day
I intuitively understand clients, motivate people to take courageous action, create transformative healing spaces, and lead with empathy. This heart-centered approach, combined with my comprehensive framework, provides a unique foundation for transformation from the inside out and outside in.
My mission is to illuminate the path for others, showing how health challenges can become gateways to profound personal transformation. Whether through my books, workshops, online courses, or one-on-one guidance, I’m dedicated to helping others discover their body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

START WITH YOUR INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE
I recommend starting with the intake questionnaire, “The Elements of Healing – Discovering Your Path”, to determine which layer you may feel called to focus on first. You may access and download the questionnaire by completing the form below.
My Signature 1:1 Session Steps
I offer consulting services in the following layers as a suggestion as to where to start. You may already have mastered some of the layers and only need help on a few or may want to go through all of them together. You can write to kristenreneehealing@gmail.com or use the link below to book a call.
1. Connecting with Your Body
Layer 1, connecting with your body, is about taking the time to ensure you are feeling connected to your own body, safe in your own body, loving all parts of your body, sending all parts of your body, knowing that your body is there for you and not against you, being aware if you disassociate with your body, removing shame from your body, and listening to the communication from your body. It's about assessing your entire body from your head to your toes and reviewing if foreign elements may be in the way of your healing path, i.e., silver fillings, an IUD, or other foreign objects. This layer of connection is an integral piece of the healing puzzle.
2. Healthier Food and Water Choices
Having a healthy gut and reducing toxic elements in food is integral to the healing journey. I learned to reduce the "three p's" of harmful packaging, processing, and preservatives. I moved towards an organic, whole-food, non-GMO-based diet by sourcing local and seasonal ingredients where possible. Are you reading all the ingredients and understanding what they are or what harm they may bring to your body? Are you including detoxing smoothies and healing juices in your diet and giving your body time for rest and digestion? Are you consuming the healthiest water choices? Is a nutritionist or herbalist needed on your path? Providing your body with healing and fueling foods is an integral step on the healing path.
3. Clean Your House
Take an assessment of your home, room by room, closet by closet, and product by product, to review what organizational, purging, and detoxification are needed, as well as to curate the most optimal healing environment for you. Are you using harmful fragrances, cleaning, or beauty products? Are there things you can eliminate to provide more space for healing, or are you holding onto items that energetically are not conducive to a healthy environment? Can you declutter, clear, and purge to give you more room in your head for healing? Is everything facing the same way, on nice hangers, curated, and energetically positive within your closet? Together, we can take the necessary steps to ensure your home environment is your healing sanctuary.
4. Your Words and Thoughts Matter
This level is about assessing the words you use and the thoughts you think about and understanding their importance. Are you saying your diagnosis, or are you saying that you are healing, are returning to balance, and have temporary inflammation on its way out? Do you refer to "the" body, or is it "your" body? Do you believe and visualize a healthy and healed body? They call it spelling because you are casting spells, good or bad, with your word choices. We are made of over 60% water, and it's proven that water is impacted by thoughts and words, like a plant being affected by positive or negative words. This layer is to learn about the power of words and thoughts on our bodies and change the language to help heal.
5. Getting Organized
At the beginning of my healing journey, I may have felt controlled by a notepad or some emails. Still, once I started bringing in additional specialists, getting more results back from naturopaths or x-rays and MRIS, receiving recipes, working on reconciling medical claims, unexpected moves, mailed and emailed information, notepads and more, all the while juggling work and not feeling well, it quickly snowballed. It's imperative to become organized immediately and have all the information on hand to help understand the entire picture and piece together the puzzle. We can review or create a system to keep your details in one place, whether it's a binder labeled by topic or an online app or folder. Getting organized is a step in the right direction and will undoubtedly come in handy, having all the necessary information in one place. You have enough to worry about, and having to search for something in different areas isn't one of them.
6. Keeping the Body’s Pathways Clear & Moving
It is reviewing if you are bringing in all the healthy elements of detoxification and movement within your body, whether it's from smoothies and broths, sauna, red light therapy, yoga, walking, lymph work, acupuncture, energy work, or more, to address any blockages in your body. A healthy body has all parts flowing smoothly, like the sacred water flowing in nature, without harsh blockages. Bringing in movement, detoxing, and energy or other healing modalities could help with flow and movement within the body. Addressing stuck emotions in this layer could also help create a healthy internal healing environment.
7. A Healthy Morning and Evening Routine
Bringing in the morning light, journaling, meditation, affirmations, grounding practices, and even what you put in your morning coffee, consuming lemon water and or celery juice, can increase the body's healing responses. Choosing to wake up happy, inspired, and grateful daily can also do wonders on a healing path. Evening healthy and inspired wind-down routines, including sauna, teas, journaling, self-care, healthy and detoxing baths, and catching the sunset, can all provide calm and safety to help the body with its healing. The goal is to curate a healthy healing environment and morning and evening routine, which is paramount. We are healing with all the senses, so what we see, hear, feel, taste, and smell are all part of healing and wellness.
8. Building Safety & Trust and Letting Go
Addressing your mind in terms of stress, safety, trauma, fears, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and other unhealthy, stuck emotions, thoughts, and energy is a crucial layer to face on a healing path. If you only focus on healing your gut without addressing your past, trauma, pain, or other patterns, then you are not genuinely healing at all levels. Facing the darkness and addressing the emotions is the only way through it to get to the other side. In this layer, we uncover what might be buried deep within that needs to be addressed: the need to feel safe to remove yourself from fight-or-flight, the steps you need to take to change your patterns and improve your life, learning to trust, and regulating your nervous system. Addressing stuck emotions and patterns, as well as building trust and feeling a sense of safety, are all critical on a healing path.
9. Choose Yourself & Take Courageous Steps
Learning to let go of the past to be present at the moment and let go of old energies, trauma, patterns, walls, and fears is part of the healing journey. How are you stuck in a loop? What energies or emotions are inside of you that need to be released? Where do you need to make a change that you're afraid of? What patterns do you need to release or change? Healing takes breaking the patterns and bringing in new ones to release yourself from the loop you've been in. What additional layers need to be seen and heard to be released? We aim to reach your inner vulnerable core, your true authentic self, and return to the healthiest state of love. The only way to get there is by releasing what is no longer serving you, the walls and guards you have up, the patterns, and what keeps you stuck and small. It's time for courage, taking up space, standing tall, and playing big.
10. Find Your Purpose & Follow Your Passion
Are you waking up happy and fulfilled, knowing you are following your purpose, or is this missing in your life? Whether it’s with your current job or during downtime, finding your calling, your purpose, or passions are necessary for a healing journey. From a hobby, passion project, volunteer work, or other, finding something that lights you up is paramount on a healing path. Discovering one’s purpose is one of the great joys and healing pillars, returning to your true authentic self and of the highest vibration. If you are looking to discover your purpose and set actionable steps towards this, together we can find easy to learn about your purpose and what lights you up.
11. Self-Love & Filling Your Cup
It's not just about releasing and detoxing to heal; now that we've given more room with our work, it's time to bring on the good stuff! Play, joy, connection, community, and self-care are all necessary for returning to balance and health. It's about the yin and yang, the masculine and feminine, the giving and receiving, and we must ensure we are filling our cup with positivity, love, and enjoyment. Can you take some time for a bath, buy crystals, healing music, guided meditation or mantra, connection with nature, take time for a walk or other movement, take the time for gratitude, acts of kindness, book, more sleep, stillness, calm, or other practices. Let's bring on the good stuff as part of the healing journey.
12. The Healing Elements of Nature
The earth, wind, water, sun, fire, trees, flowers, and more bring various healing elements. Slowing down and being present on a walk within nature is known as forest bathing and has numerous healing benefits. We are healing with our senses and the elements around us, allowing water to cleanse and heal, the wind to provide messages, the earth to ground us, the fire to renew us, the flowers to increase our vibrations, the birds to provide our nervous system with a sense of safety, and more. Healing is all around us if we take the time to be more in tune with nature. Love and nature are the keys, so let's learn to balance nature's rhythms and allow our bodies to work with nature on our healing path. The elements are healing.
