Kristen is an author, speaker, and transformational coach who guides people to reclaim their health, transform their wealth, and step fully into their potential. She combines high-level corporate experience with the proven framework she created through her own transformation to help others achieve lasting change.

She spent years as a strategic partner to high-profile CEOs, leading HR and operations that shaped entire organizations, and even worked as a celebrity stylist for a leading New York City fashion designer. From the outside it looked like success, but inside she was running on empty, living a life driven by hustle, and on the road to burn out.

Kristen grew up in a chaotic, divorced household as the oldest child. Highly sensitive, intuitive, and empathic, she was the black sheep, feeling misunderstood and unseen. To survive, she disconnected from her body and suppressed her emotions, patterns that contributed to the physical, emotional, and financial crises she would face as an adult.

In her thirties, an autoimmune diagnosis sparked a ten-year health crisis, bringing the avid athlete and always-on-the-go pleaser to her knees. In her forties, financial challenges pushed her to confront remaining limiting beliefs and patterns. After pouring immense time, energy, and resources into every protocol and healing practice, she realized true transformation came through the mind-body connection and addressing all parts of your life. Through this journey, she developed the 12-principle Healthy Foundation Framework.

Today, Kristen combines her extensive corporate experience with her proven framework to help others transform their health, mindset, and wealth.
